Services

Accounting Services

We are committed to managing all aspects of your organization's accounting services, handling tasks from data entry to the finalization of accounts. By default, we maintain books of accounts using Tally. However, we are flexible and can adapt to client preferences, working with various applications such as Zoho, QuickBooks, MS Navision, SAP, and more. Our services extend to managing accounts payable and receivables, conducting bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and preparing monthly management information system (MIS) reports based on your requirements.

Payroll Services

We offer comprehensive payroll services, handling every aspect from payroll generation based on client-provided data to ensuring statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, TDS, and PT. Our services extend to managing leave, expenses reimbursement, variable pay, payslip generation, Form 16 and Part-B, employee loan advance management, full and final settlement, and gratuity calculations.

Goods and Service Tax

We handle GST registration and monthly compliance seamlessly. Upon receiving data from the client, we prepare GST working, share the details for approval, proceed with payment, and file GST returns on or before the due date. This includes various forms such as GSTR 1, 2, and 3-B, GSTR 2-B, and ensures reconciliation with the client's books.

Tax Deducted at Source

Based on the information provided by our clients, we will create the TDS working for E-filing return Forms 24, 26, and 27. Additionally, we conduct a thorough cross-check of vendors' and employees' PAN numbers on the traces website. Our services include filing returns and generating Forms 16, 16-A, and Part-B.

PF, ESI & PT

We handle registrations and monthly compliances for PF, ESI, and PT. Gathering information from our clients, we prepare the required workings in the specified format, share the data for client approval, generate challans for payment, and subsequently file E-returns on or before the due date.

Labour Law Compliances

We manage labor law registration and compliance for our clients, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining various forms and registers for both monthly and yearly compliances, as well as handling the working related to labor welfare fund payments.
